Visionary entrepreneur and business innovator with over 20 years of experience in driving growth and development across various industries. Kedono’s career spans Estate Surveying and Valuation, housing development, and innovative product conception.
As Founder and CEO of Protofos Farms Limited, he brings to life a long-held vision (since 1999) of building a diversified conglomerate that optimizes agricultural value chains. His expertise includes: Business development and innovation; Housing development and delivery; Product conception and development across industries (Telecom, FMG, Automobile, etc.)
A seasoned leader with a deep understanding of Nigeria’s diverse cultures, Kedono speaks Hausa, Yoruba, and Igala fluently and has traveled extensively across the country’s 36 states.
Committed to continuous learning, he holds an MBA with the Business School of Netherlands and has attended numerous business trainings and seminars at esteemed institutions like Lagos Business School and Metropolitan Business School Abuja.
Co-Founder & COO
Highly accomplished professional with a unique blend of technical, research, and business development expertise. Joshua embarked on his career in 2008 as a Graduate Assistant for Networking and V-SAT Technology at MICOCITY COMPUTERS LTD Abuja. His subsequent role as Assistant Telecom personnel at CERTIFIED SYSTEMS LTD (2009-2012) saw him contribute
to the implementation of a Campus Wide Area Network at Nassarawa State University Keffi. Possessing a strong foundation in programming languages (HTML, CSS, PHP).
Joshua has further honed his skills in research, business development, leadership, and human capital management through various capacity development trainings and short courses. With over 20 years of experience in the agro sector, Joshua co-founded Protofos Farms Ltd in 2016, driven by a passion to unlock the vast potential for value and wealth creation in agriculture.
As COO, he oversees the expansion and corporate management of the farm, focusing on crop cultivation, value chain processing, and commodity marketing.
Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Stephen is an accountant with over twenty years experience in the field of Financial management Consulting and an associate member of Chartered Institute of Treasury Management, Student membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Mr. Stephen is a Financial Manager, Analyst and Capacity builder. He also holds his forte in design, installation, administration and service management for hospitality and service industry. His forte provides him with the expertise to undertake business needs assessment studies of finance, inventory management, administration, taxation, internal control systems, assets management, project management and personnel training. He is also versatile in the advanced deployment of accounting software and capacity building.
Mr. Stephen has served as Lead Financial Consultant to public and private organizations on severaldemanding business/financial Initiatives. As a lead Consultant on several projects he was responsible for the installation of best accounting Applications and spear-heading of the other consultants in the deployment of high-end enterprise applications and others. He worked as Variance analyst, Statistician, Accountant, Auditor, Financial manager, Administrator and Personnel Manager for a division of UAC plc and other companies with track records of excellent achievements.
Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
A results-driven legal expert with a strong background in general law practice, research, and policy advocacy. She has a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Committed to delivering high-quality results within ethical boundaries, she is skilled in multitasking and business acumen.
With a multifaceted experience spanning the legal, construction, and humanitarian industries, she has worked in general law practice, litigation, corporate governance, legal advisory, compliance, policy advocacy, research, and program implementation.
Barr. Adamma holds an LL.B from the University of Benin, a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, and certifications from Stanford University (International Women’s Rights and Human Rights) and the University of Pennsylvania (Intellectual Property Law & Policy). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, a member of the Project Management Institute, the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
Business Development and Innovation Director
A visionary business development and innovation strategist with over 15 years of experience driving organizational growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation in the agricultural sector. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, managing IT projects, and implementing scalable solutions, he combines technical expertise with strategic acumen to deliver measurable results. Recognized for pioneering digitized extension services and leveraging technology to empower farmers, he excels in stakeholder engagement, policy implementation, and fostering innovation.
With a career spanning public service, agribusiness, and technology, Olufemi has spearheaded initiatives that enhance ease of doing business, revitalize organizations, and improve livelihoods. As Country Director of Farm Innovation Nigeria Limited, he secured DFID funding and impacted over 80,000 farmers in Northeastern Nigeria through mobile/web applications, digital extension services, and plant/animal disease detection technologies. His leadership in IT project management and business turnaround underscores his ability to merge technical innovation with sustainable development.
